Users like the centralized ticket/card hub and the generally fluent UX when it works, plus handy travel alerts. However, English language support is missing, booking in-app is not available and account flows are confusing, Liberté card setup and merging pro/perso accounts are unclear, dematerialization of Avantage cards and related photo uploads are problematic, and schedule-change notifications are unreliable.

Impossible de se connecter: login ok, mdp ok, je rentre les 6 chiffres reçus et... rien, retour à l'écran "se connecter". Review écrite en décembre 2025. Update Juin 2026 : toujours pareil. Mega chiant.
