Staff

Staff connects businesses needing extra help with nearby freelancers for short-term assignments.

Currently, only Martinique is covered, for gas stations, supermarkets, and cleaning services. Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Saint-Martin, and Réunion are target territories but not yet covered.

For freelancers:
• Create your profile: sectors and positions sought, region, location, and, if you have one, your SIREN or SIRET number. If you don't have a number, the app will direct you to the official business registration process.

• Browse assignments in your area, sorted by distance: position, establishment, date, time, duration, hourly rate, total amount, and town.

• Before accepting an assignment, you will see its estimated total cost.

• Track your applications in your schedule. You will receive an email notifying you of the establishment's decision.

• Once selected, you will see the assignment address and can open directions. • On-site, scan the establishment's timecard code upon arrival and departure: your hours are automatically deducted.

• Enter your bank details through Stripe's secure payment gateway: no IBAN is stored in the application.

For establishments:
• Register your company and establishment: SIREN, SIRET, address, and location.

• Post a job: position, date, start time, duration, hourly rate, and details. The estimated total amount is displayed before posting.

• Freelancers in the sector located within the broadcast radius receive an email.

• Review applications, limited per job, and select the freelancer yourself: no automatic assignment.

• Show the timecard code from your phone, or display your establishment's permanent QR code at the checkout.

• After clocking out, you have 24 hours to validate or dispute the clocked hours. If no response is received within this timeframe, they are automatically validated. In case of dispute, the Staff team will arbitrate.

Common Rules
• Once the hours are validated, each party will find a summary of the assignment in the "Documents" tab: hours, hourly rate, and amount excluding tax.

• A permanent QR code for an establishment is only accepted near the assignment location.

• The camera is used only to scan the time code. The location is read when the application is open, never in the background.

• Your email address must be confirmed before accessing your account.

Good to know
• You must be 18 years of age or older to create a freelancer profile.

• An establishment account corresponds to only one establishment.
