The data used is limited to what is strictly necessary for the purpose of monitoring students' academic progress:
first name;
first two characters of last name;
class;
configurable learning criteria (e.g., participation, work, autonomy).

The application must not be used to record medical, psychological, family, or any other sensitive data.

All data is stored locally on the teacher's device.

No data is transmitted to external services or third parties.

Access to the application is protected by a PIN code and automatic locking after a period of inactivity.

Data export functionality has been removed to limit the risk of unauthorized disclosure.

Data is automatically deleted after a maximum of one year, in accordance with the data retention limitation principle set forth in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
