WaySense

WaySense Mobile is the field application for the WaySense platform.

It is intended for users authorized by their organization. Access is only available with a WaySense account provided or invited by an administrator: the application does not offer public registration.

WaySense Mobile helps field teams view and update operational information related to their tenants, particularly for monitoring water delivery points.

Key features:

• Secure login with new device verification;

• Selection of the accessible tenant or organization;

• Viewing delivery points in list or map view;

• Displaying meters, recent readings, alarms, and technical information;

• Creating field activities with notes and photos;

• Offline queue to prepare actions when the network is unavailable;

• Integrated notifications and reminder preferences for water alerts;

• Access to version information and the API point in use.

Camera and location access is used only for user-triggered features, such as adding a photo to an activity or displaying the location on the map.

WaySense Mobile is intended for communities, operators, technicians, and teams authorized to work with their organization's data within the WaySense ecosystem.
