HemoCoach, coach en hémophilie

Developed in collaboration with health professionals and an adapted physical activity coach, HemoCoach is a mobile application offering a complete physical activity program adapted to the needs of people with hemophilia, their abilities and their daily lives.

This tailor-made program, of progressive intensity, targets 8 work zones and includes various exercises to be performed at home with everyday objects: stretching, exercises for the upper and lower body and cardio.
