Santé’ Up offers a computerized and secure course, intended for chronically ill people, people wishing to maintain their autonomy at home as well as structures supporting these people through the practice of adapted physical activity.

With Santé’ Up, healthcare professionals monitor the activity of their patients through a secure interface in the center or at home.

With Santé’ Up, the people concerned can follow their activities, alone or in a homogeneous community, and thus maintain or improve their autonomy and their quality of life in a controlled program.

With Santé’ Up, the patient’s family and caregiver can check on the person’s progress in follow-up.
