Très mauvaise expérience !! Fuyez cette plateforme. La course, réservée avec 7 jours de préavis et attribué à un chauffeur 4 jours à l'avance a été annulé par le chauffeur !!! INCROYABLE : Ce dernier me téléphone au moment de la course en prétextant que le tarif n'est pas le bon... et en réclamant une augmentation de 50%... je refuse et il annule la course. Au final et malgré une réclamation téléphonique au sav de MySam: aucun vtc ne s'est présenté!!! J'ai pris un taxi : moins cher que MySam !
