MyOsteo

MyOsteo is the practice management software for osteopaths: patient records, consultations, accounting, and fee notes all in one application.

It was developed based on approximately thirty interviews with established osteopaths, locums, and students.

• Track your accounting automatically according to your tax regime

• Edit your invoices in seconds, including mandatory information and VAT exemption

The practice for multiple practitioners
• Share a patient file with a colleague: a reason, an end date, and a revocation with one click
• The reason determines the access rights: a review grants read-only access, a replacement allows writing
• Each access to a patient file leaves a time-stamped record

Assistance with The analysis, sourced and deactivated
• Suggestions for home care advice and reformulation of your notes, with their scientific sources
• Your patient's identity is never transmitted to the analysis engine
• The function can be completely deactivated: the application works without it

What you don't see, but what matters just as much
• Data hosted in France, with an HDS-certified hosting provider across all six activities of the standard, including information system administration
• Encryption at rest and in transit, logging of every access to a file
• GDPR compliant: time-stamped consent upon file creation, right of access, and file export and deletion in a single action
• No health data is shared with third parties
