The app is quite profoundly unintuitive and cumbersome in operation. I'm sure if this had been trialled on a few novice users this much would have become obvious. Needs a redesign from bottom up. Equally disappointing is the timetable databases which, at least in this users experience, can be incorrect or incomplete. Obviously if the bus companies provide poor data then there's little you can do about that, but then what's the point of the app if it can't be trusted...
