Je n'arrive pas à accéder mon compte (identifiant et mot de passe correctes)

La mutuelle et les prestations couvertes sont très bonnes, ce qui gâchit cette mutuelle est le mode de communication (ou plutôt son absence) . S'il y a un problème sur une demande de remboursement, impossible d'établir une communication, on recevra sans cesse des rejets par mails-justifiés ou non-sans possibilité d'y réagir ou du faire suite (mail no reply). Il n'existe pas d'adresse mail générale, de fonction de chat ou de hotline. Dans ces cas, vous allez aller droit dans le mur.
