Léon — Intervention

Léon is the app for field teams: maintenance, cleaning, and business services. The service report is written on-site, from the phone, and sent to the client as a PDF without anyone having to re-enter anything at the office in the evening.

THE REPORT IS WRITTEN ON-SITE

The technician opens their service report, describes what they did, notes any issues, and takes photos. Léon formats everything with your company's colors and sends it to the client. The client can sign directly on their phone.

NOTHING SENDS WITHOUT YOU

You review each report before sending, correct it if necessary, and then send it. The dashboard shows you what's awaiting approval, quotes to prepare, and invoices to process. Each indicator also acts as a filter: you click, you see the list.

EVERY REQUEST BECOMES A TICKET

A client calls, writes, or visits their online account: the request becomes a task with its corresponding website, details of what needs to be done, who is handling it, and its status. You acknowledge receipt with a single click. Nothing gets lost between calls.

YOUR CLIENTS TRACK THEIR REQUESTS

Each client has a dedicated online space where they can access their reports, track the progress of their interventions, and submit new requests. They log in with a code received by email, no password to remember.

THE WHOLE TEAM IN ONE PLACE

An internal messaging system, without sharing personal numbers. It also works offline: what you write in a basement is automatically sent as soon as the network connection is restored.

IT WORKS WITHOUT A NETWORK

Interventions take place in parking lots, technical rooms, and basements. Léon saves what you enter and sends it as soon as the connection is restored. You won't lose a report because there was no progress bar.
