With the LCL Insurance app, you can report a claim at any time or be put in direct contact with a claims handler. You can also access your insurance certificates directly within the app, and reach emergency services or a dedicated assistant for deaf or hard-of-hearing users. The app also includes a Glass Breakage feature to locate nearby auto glass specialists.

For health policyholders, you can view and download your third-party payment card, track reimbursements (last 24 months), estimate reimbursements for routine care, submit invoices or quotes, complete procedures, and arrange teleconsultations with healthcare professionals. You can locate network doctors, submit documents, and manage health-related processes from one pocketable tool.
