FOR INDIVIDUALS (CLIENTS): Your projects with complete peace of mind
Stop wasting time filling out lengthy forms or tediously explaining your projects in writing.
The Revolution of AI-Assisted Voice Creation:
Thanks to our voice-activated artificial intelligence technology, create your project simply by speaking. Tap the microphone and describe your project aloud (e.g., "Paint my 30m² living room in Nantes, white walls, budget €1500"). The smart assistant analyzes your voice, validates the address, and extracts the details: title, description, area, budget, and location. All you have to do is confirm!
Direct Messaging & Security:
Communicate in real time with local professionals interested in your project. Our secure messaging system allows you to discuss and obtain estimates without disclosing your personal contact information (phone number, email) before choosing your trusted contractor.
Simplified Scheduling & Calendar:
Schedule site visits and appointments directly from the messaging system. With one click, propose a meeting and download the calendar file (.ics) to automatically integrate it into your smartphone's calendar.
In-App Document Viewer:
Centralize all your project documents! Quotes, invoices, plans, photos... Import your documents (PDF, Word, Excel, Images) and view them directly within our integrated viewer, without opening any external applications.

Collaborative Sharing & Guests:
Invite family, friends, your partner, or a project manager to view your project space. Define guest or co-manager roles to make all your project decisions together and easily share feedback.
FOR PROFESSIONALS: Boost your local business
Find qualified projects near you without any prospecting effort.
Real-Time Opportunities Marketplace:
Instantly access a list of real projects created by individuals in your area. No more outdated or out-of-area leads!
Advanced Filters & Immediate Alerts:
Search and filter projects according to your specific criteria: trade (painting, electrical, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, etc.), geographic service area (around your location), budget, or project size.
Direct Contact & Appointment Scheduling:
Respond to client requests directly from your app. Easily schedule on-site visits to refine your proposals and secure quotes quickly.
Enhanced Professional Profile:
Create a compelling professional profile, showcase your qualifications, and display your achievements. Highlight your expertise. Managing your subscription is simple and can be done directly on the Kipourkoi website.
