Hoama: Birth Preparation

Hoama: Feel ready and safe for labour

Labour can be scary. Not because you're fragile. Because it's unknown, intense, and unpredictable. Hoama is here to help you find the sense of safety that changes everything.

Created by Caroline, a private-practice midwife specialising in physiological birth and medical hypnosis, Hoama is a birth preparation app that brings together what truly makes a difference when contractions get strong.

Before birth

13 stories in Caroline's voice, to listen to during pregnancy, to help you make peace with what's coming and approach labour with confidence. Breathing exercises matched to each wave. Techniques to stay grounded when it gets hard: acupressure, ambient sounds, massage. The 4 signs to know exactly when to leave for the hospital. And a dedicated space for your birth partner, so they know what to do, what to say, and how to truly be there.

After birth

The first weeks, the postpartum period, at home are often more unsettling than expected. Hoama stays with you: 10 guided stories in Caroline's voice to find your footing in this new life, breastfeeding or bottle, understanding your baby's cries, getting through the baby blues, finding a sleep rhythm. Practical guidance from Caroline, so you're never alone facing the unknown.
