HECTOR - Intervention

HECTOR Intervention is the mobile application dedicated to private security responders. Designed for security and remote monitoring companies, it allows you to manage the entire alarm response cycle, from receiving the assignment to the final report.

INTERVENTION MANAGEMENT
Receive your intervention assignments in real time. Each report contains essential information: site address, client name, type of alarm triggered, specific instructions, and on-site contacts. Accept or decline an intervention with a single tap.

INTEGRATED GPS NAVIGATION
Start navigation to the intervention site directly from the application. The fastest route is calculated automatically. The estimated travel time is transmitted to the remote monitoring center to inform the client.

INTERVENTION TIMER
As soon as you arrive on site, the timer starts. The intervention time is automatically recorded in the report. Each step is time-stamped: arrival, start of patrol, observations, and end of intervention.

STRUCTURED REPORT
Write your incident report directly on your phone. Select the type of observation (confirmed intrusion, false alarm, technical fault, nothing to report), add your observations, and submit. The report is instantly transmitted to the monitoring center and archived.

LONE WORKER ALERT — PROTECTION FOR LONE WORKERS
In case of danger, trigger the lone worker alert with a single tap. An emergency SMS containing your GPS location is automatically sent to the emergency contacts defined by your company. Your safety is our priority.

COMPLETE HISTORY
View the history of all your past interventions: dates, locations, durations, and reports. Export your data for your timesheets or supporting documents.

WORKS OFFLINE
The application remains functional even in areas with limited network coverage. Data is automatically synchronized as soon as the connection is restored.

DATA SECURITY
Your data is hosted in France on secure servers. The application complies with the GDPR. Access is protected by a personal code assigned by your company.
