APA-CADABRA wishes to promote the practice of independent and adapted physical activity for young adolescents with a chronic illness and/or a disability.

- Receive your program in APA and advice adapted to your needs.
- Discover your calendar and your personalized and adapted sessions.
- Send your feelings, describe your pain and specify your desires to readapt the program.
- Follow your progress and discuss with your APA teacher.

It's PRACTICING A PHYSICAL ACTIVITY ADAPTED TO YOUR CAPACITIES, DESIRES AND YOUR DAILY LIFE:
- Receive videos and challenges adapted to your desires and abilities.
- Practice with family, with your friends, or alone and send news to your APA teacher.
- Become autonomous in your practice.
- Add your practices carried out in EPS, at the city stadium with friends, in a club, at home...
- Get moving and enjoy practicing.

Conditions: To be accompanied by an APA teacher from the Woman Mother Child Hospital of Bron or other partner hospitals.
