SentIDEL

SentIDEL is the app from the French National Federation of Nurses (FNI) for self-employed nurses during their home visits.

Designed by and for self-employed nurses, SentIDEL allows you to share your rounds with colleagues and loved ones, and alert them if you encounter any difficulties.

MAIN FEATURES

- Pre-visit check-in: Indicate the expected duration of your visit to a patient. If you do not confirm your return within the allotted time, your practice colleagues and trusted contacts will receive a notification with your last known location.

- Emergency alert: A dedicated button to instantly notify members of your practice and your trusted contacts, with your GPS location and phone number.

- Collaborative practice: Invite your colleagues, organize your practice, and look out for each other. No hierarchy; every member has the same access rights.

- Trusted contacts: Add the loved ones you wish to notify in case of an emergency (spouse, family, friends). They only receive your alerts if you choose to allow it.

- History: View your check-in and alert history.

WHAT SENTIDEL IS NOT

SentIDEL does not replace emergency services. In case of a life-threatening emergency, dial 15, 17, or 112.

The application relies on mobile and internet network coverage: in areas with no network coverage, alerts cannot be transmitted. SentIDEL is a complementary tool, not a guarantee of safety.

PRIVACY AND DATA

- No patient data is recorded.

- Your GPS location is used only during an active check-in or an alert.

- No advertising, no data resale.

- Hosted in Europe, GDPR compliant.

FREE FOR ALL SELF-EMPLOYED NURSES

SentIDEL is completely free. No subscription, no in-app purchases. The app is supported by the FNI (National Federation of Nurses) as part of its mission to the profession. Membership in the FNI is not required to use the app.
