AcroEPS

AcroEPS is a comprehensive Chrome extension designed to teach acrobatics through more than 600 instructional videos. Created by M.Avisse and Y.Tomaszower and developed by F.Bruchon for the EPSoft Association, it offers a detailed repertoire of Acrosport pyramids. Each pyramid is demonstrated with video capsules showcasing assembly and disassembly techniques, expected performance criteria, and recommended hand grips.

The content is organized into three proficiency levels: Discovery (beginner teaching sequences), Intermediate, and Expert (aligned with the current UNSS code for Terminal level). Additional features include listings of hand grips, examples of compulsory or warm-up exercises, and defensive maneuvers, making AcroEPS a valuable resource for acrobatics learners and instructors alike.
