E-Ticket Scanner

E-Ticket Scanner is the entry control application for E-Ticket, the online ticketing system from the E-Cosplay Association, designed for associations.

It is intended for event organizers and their teams: at the entrance, the QR code on each ticket is scanned, and the screen immediately indicates whether the person is allowed entry.

FAST AND CLEAR CHECK
• QR code reading by camera, on paper or on phone screen
• Large, full-color display with sound and vibration: accepted, already checked, rejected
• "Next Ticket" button for immediate access
• Manual entry of the reference and security key when a QR code is damaged or illegible

ALL TYPES OF TICKETS
• Visitor tickets, invitations, staff, volunteers, exhibitors, and service providers
• Tickets valid for multiple people (family, two-person ticket, etc.)
• Live counters: checked tickets, remaining tickets, and attendees

DESIGNED FOR ON-THE-GROUND USE
• Works offline: checks are saved on the phone and sent as soon as the network is restored
• Multiple phones can check the same event simultaneously
• Connection remains active for thirty days: no need to reconnect each day of the event
• Exceptional validation of a rejected ticket, with automatic notification The organizer

TEAM SAFETY
• SOS button always visible: an alert is immediately sent to the team, with the option to attach a message and a photo
• Notifications are mandatory for monitoring: when someone calls for help, everyone is notified

TEST BEFORE DOORS OPEN
A test QR code sheet, printable from the organizer area, allows you to check each phone and each case (valid ticket, already used, refused, staff, exhibitor, invitation) without using any tickets.

WHO IS IT FOR?
The application is used with an E-Ticket organizer account (or their team's account). Organizers create their events and sell their tickets at https://ticket.e-cosplay.fr.
