MyCHUGA mobile is the official patient portal from CHU Grenoble Alpes. It provides healthcare services and care management on your phone, with access to messages, appointments, documents, and essential administrative details. Registration is on-site at the hospital and performed by hospital staff; online registration is not available. After enrolling, patients can log in with the same MyCHUGA website credentials and use the mobile app to view messages, appointment details and day-of instructions, access uploaded reports or discharge summaries, and update contact and emergency information.

The app mirrors the private MyCHUGA portal: all messages, appointments, documents, and administrative data shown on the website are available on mobile. It helps patients stay informed about their care pathway and communicate with the hospital. To register, a patient or their legal representative must visit a CHU Grenoble Alpes clinical department or reception desk to create a MyCHUGA account, sign a consent form, and provide account details.
