• overtime and its premium pay;

• the inclusion of certain bonuses in the overtime calculation;

• public holidays;

• mandatory compensatory rest periods.

You can thus check if your standard minimum wage appears to be met and compare the results with your payslip.

The net amount remains approximate, as certain company- or employee-specific factors, such as supplementary health insurance or life insurance, can affect the result.
