The product works fine. However, as I rarely use it I wish to cancel and can't figure out how to do so. Their website isn't secure. It is a possible portal for hackers apparently to intercept info. They have no e-mail address or phone number readily visible anywhere. It seems I am going to just have to dispute the charge through my credit card company or just cancel the card an open a new account. This shouldn't be so difficult or frustrating. Avoid at all costs.
