We define app users as supervisors and technicians (engineers). Supervisors can dispatch technicians for tasks established in Wareconn and view their real-time locations. Supervisors can also assign tasks based on the conditions of technicians. If the timing is not suitable, we provide a rescheduling process for more convenience and flexibility.

Once the field service has been confirmed, the engineer will immediately receive the task and carry out subsequent task operations. All records will be stored. Technicians can also accept working orders according to their abilities and conditions, allowing customer issues to be resolved more efficiently.

We can make different settings for task execution based on the type of the task, which can be divided into tasks with or without stations. Stations make it convenient for us to divide the task process, facilitating recording and statistics.

Finally, the system supports the signature process after the task is completed and can generate corresponding completion reports based on templates, allowing supervisors to easily see the overall task status.
