What is 9anime Companion?

9anime Companion is a Chrome extension designed to improve the browsing experience on 9anime. It offers a suite of tools including ad/pop-up removal, episode download feature, MyAnimeList integration, utility bar, and shortcut keys for navigation. The optional integration with MyAnimeList is carried out with regard to user's privacy, storing data locally in chrome.storage.local. The extension is available free of cost and open for contributions under MIT License.
