This is what the official Pocket extension should have been like. I also appreciate that it doesn't keep running in the background.

Works great! If you could have the extension automatically open the pocket confirmation in a background tab which closes automatically after a few seconds, it would be perfect! UPDATE: Woohoo! It does this now :) Perfection achieved
