Durch dieses Addon werden die nervigen Elemente (Suchleiste, kürzlich besuchte Websiten etc.) beim öffnen eines neuen Tabs geblockt. Dadurch wird das Hintergrundbild nicht verdeckt, welches man manuell durch das einfügen der Bild-URL in die Textbox erreichen kann. EN: This is the best addon for google chrome to edit the new tab page! Definitely a 5 star rating worth. This addon blocks the annoying elements (Search bar, recently visited websites etc.) by opening a new tab. Thereby is the background image clean of the elements which you can manually set by pasting the image URL in the text field.
