If the task is kind of complex we save all the information on it in Rizzoma, structure it creating the knowledge base where we keep on working with new coming information. It's very convenient, every moment we have up-to-date info and it is being regularly renewed.

It's convenient to keep all the information, discussions and tasks in one place, and there is no distracting email correspondence. My conclusion is as follows: recommended for usage.

But the app works stable enough as long as my team use it (more than 8 months). Moreover, the app is updating pretty often and becoming more and more powerful. Thanks for saving us from tons of emails.
