It stores bookmarks in .xbel format on Google Drive but when you try to import them to a new browser, the extension just throws an XML error because, apparently, you can only sync .json files. Now sure, you can manually exports .json files and then upload them manually but it kind of defeats the whole purpose of "syncing." For example, all my bookmarks would be gone in case I lose my PC, unless I manually take constant backups every hour or so and upload them "myself" to a cloud drive. It's a real shame. |
