UpdateStar SigParser is a Chrome extension that creates contacts (vCard, .vcf) from any text on a web page. It allows you to simply select the text containing contact information and choose 'Create contact' from the context menu. The vCards generated can be used with GMail, Windows Contacts, Thunderbird, and Microsoft Outlook, among others.
