Reeve Operative

Reeve Operative is the app for field engineers delivering facilities management work through Reeve.

See the jobs assigned to you, know where to be and when, and complete each visit without paperwork or phone calls.

What you can do:
• See your day - today's jobs, booked hours, and what's next, at a glance.
• Get the detail - site address, work orders, tasks, and the parts each job needs.
• Navigate to site - open the address in your preferred maps app in one tap.
• Check in and out - confirm you're on site, with your location captured for an accurate record.
• Work through tasks - tick off what's done as you go.
• Capture proof - add photos and notes as evidence on each task.
• Stay in the loop - get notified about new jobs, schedule changes, and messages.

Reeve Operative is for engineers working with a service partner on the Reeve platform. You'll need an account from your organisation to sign in. Sign-in is passwordless, with a one-time code sent to your work email.

This app uses location to confirm you are on site when you check in and out of a job. It does not track your location in the background.
