2023-11-22	Sh*****	2 phone numbers. Neither are working at this time. Both numbers are prepaid by the year's subscription. Close to a couple hundred dollars gone. Now the app is not working. And then, my sunscription expired after 4 months - mind you this was communicated nowhere along the signing up process, AND i was charged for thr next month. And theres zero technical support - tried reaching out to them in multiple ways and received no response at all.

2022-04-03	A *****	Terrible platform, terrible app! Refusing to update pre-2020!! Before 2020, this app was working amazing and I used often but after 2020 updates....slow loading, sms conversations wouldn't load and if load, multiple attempts to load and any missed calls, won't show in call log. Incoming calls is very buggy and doesn't work very well. Dont understand what is point of creating this app only to continue promote paid service and then abandon it. Oh and MY NUMBER EXPIRES every yr. #WorstVoipAppEver

I got a message saying I was already subscribed, but was still double charged. Then, when you try to select an area code, most of them are "unavailable" according to the errors. When you try to use a random-generated number, you get a server error. Seems very buggy and a scam to get you to pay more money. Each text has limited chars so you have to send multiple texts, with no warning

2021-04-08	Ta*****	Needed multiple phone numbers for my new business, for incoming calls. I chose numbers from THEIR list and none of them worked. I could call out or text, incoming out of service to callers. Customer support emailed they were working on it, and never replied again. They charged me $8.71 per line and would've charged me more if I didn't cancel before the 7 day free trial. Now I'm fighting for a refund. App has no option for refund requests. Had to go through PayPal. Wasted a lot of time for me.

2020-11-22	pg*****	The app works ok, when it works. Unfortunately it's very intermittent. Sometimes text messages load quickly and other times the app can't connect to the Flyp servers. It's not my phone or location because using the same phone from my home sometimes works great but too often it doesn't work at all. Flyp needs to improve the reliability and capacity of their network.

2020-11-07	As*****	Only half of a long text is sent to the recipient. The ability to send a long text is very basic in the realms of cellular technology. I don't see how this app has 3 stars because I mostly seen 1 star ratings once I read the reviews. I actually uninstalled this app and then reinstalled it just so I could leave a review, which says a LOT because I usually just uninstall an unwanted app and go on with what I'm doing.

All they wrote to me was "After escalating this issue, we just received an update from our vendor that your Flyp number is apart of a batch of numbers that have just recently been recalled and unfortunately can no longer be supported. This is something that we were not expecting and haven’t experienced before". Total bs, report them to your AG and the BBB!

2020-09-01	Al*****	The worst, they're thieves. I paid for the app and I was never able to make calls. They made a ticket for me but I never got an answer and up to today I I still can't use the app. I decided to cancel my subscription even tho the month is not over. It's basically a scam, they'll charge the first month and not provide the service in order to annoy you and decide to unsubscribe.

2020-07-20	St*****	I have been paying for a number that has not been directed to my phone for over 5 months. I have contacted FLYP, to request this to be fixed or refund my monies. The number is still not going to my phone, it is bring directed to someone else phone, who, I do not know,, but I am paying for it. This is complete fraud! No one at FLYP, has resolved this issue and I keep getting charged. If this is not resolved within 72 hours, I am going to file a complaint with the BBB, their local AG office.
