This extension is extremely helpful. It prevents you from timing out or needing to re-authenticate on websites with short timeout periods. My only suggestion is to avoid refreshing the page while it is actively being used or viewed. This is particularly important if you are in the middle of a task that requires leaving the website open, such as filling out a form. It would be beneficial if the extension had a refresh timer that activates only when no activity is detected, rather than refreshing at fixed intervals regardless of user activity.
