FKeys Firefox

FKeys

Clickable F1-F12 bar with menu and label overlays for PSTS/Jacada mainframe terminals, plus Ivanti and SecureAuth VPN autofill. Without a TicketForge account, nothing from your terminal leaves your device. Sign in and it also pulls your timeslips.

Features & Capabilities

FKeys injects a floating F1-F12 button bar into PSTS/Jacada mainframe terminal pages so you can use the mainframe without a physical keyboard. Perfect for Chromebook, tablet, and phone users who don't have function keys.

It is also the TicketForge ticket scraper. The F-key tools work on their own with no account. If you sign in to a TicketForge account, the same add-on can pull your own timeslips for you.

Features • F1-F12 buttons that click the real Jacada DOM elements (not synthetic keystrokes) • OK button anchored to the top edge of the native Jacada OK button on every screen • D-pad arrow buttons to navigate between input fields • Clickable numbered menu option overlays - tap "001 ENGINE SERVICE" instead of typing 001 + OK • Clickable F-key label overlays - tap "F3=EXIT" to fire F3 • Auto-login button on the PSTS login screen (uses credentials you save locally) • VPN portal helper that auto-fills Ivanti and SecureAuth login pages • Settings gear opens the options page

With a TicketForge account • Pulls your own timeslips from the terminal and uploads them to your account • Captures the terminal screens behind each ticket so your records hold the original screen, not a retyped copy

Your data Without an account, nothing from your terminal, and nothing you type, leaves your device. The add-on checks ticketforge.ca for its own updates and reports whether an update installed, and that is all.

Signed in, your own timeslips go to your own account and nowhere else. You can optionally let terminal screens be shared to diagnose faults; crew names, 9-digit employee numbers and anything typed into a field are removed on your own machine first, the sign-in screen is never captured, and switching it off in your profile also discards anything already queued.

Is FKeys Safe?

Risk impact
Risk impact measures the level of extra permissions an extension has access to. A low risk impact extension cannot do much harms, whereas a high risk impact extension can do a lot of damage like stealing your password, bypassing your security settings, and accessing your personal data. High risk impact extensions are not necessarily malicious. However, if they do turn malicious, they can be very harmful.

FKeys requires some sensitive permissions that could impact your browser and data security. Exercise caution before installing.

Risk likelihood measures the probability that a Firefox add-on may turn malicious. This is determined by the publisher and the Firefox add-on reputation on Firefox Add-ons Store, the amount of time the Firefox add-on has been around, and other signals about the Firefox add-on. Our algorithms are not perfect, and are subject to change as we discover new ways to detect malicious extensions. We recommend that you always exercise caution when installing a Firefox add-on.
