I just tried sending the following email to [email protected], which is the address listed on the docease.app under the "Contact Us" section. Can any let me know what is going on? Thank you! -- Dear DocEase Support, I'm writing to you today because I encountered an issue while trying to use your website. I attempted to upload a .DOCX file for formatting assistance, but I received the following error message: " 'exc_info' is an invalid keyword argument for print()". I then tried to copy and paste the text directly into the site, but I received the same error message. Could someone please help me resolve this issue? I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you for your time and help.
