2024-10-06	Kr*****	I do NOT like this new app design. Where is the circle with activity around the clock? The clock was much better than a bar chart. I loved that it used to give you details on how your pup could reach their goal with minutes of running, chasing the mailman, and snuggle with just a tap. If this is still available, I have no idea how to get to it. This new app is very cluttered and hard to navigate, while the old one was very simplistic but gave all the metrics that were needed, in my opinion.

2024-09-02	Bo*****	We just started using the tracker 3 days ago, and so far so good. Haven't got a lot of data yet and still need to learn how to use all the features. Just tested the tracking time and I received an alert 3 minutes after our pup left the safe area and the location was spot on! I'll post another review about the other features at a later date.

2024-07-26	Do*****	7 months, Non-GPS. I want to know how many miles he was doing Now appreciate it shows his sleep time. I put the FitBark in the slack space on the collar. I have only had to charge it once, at Month 6. I do not recommend a Power Delivery charger. DO manually adjust the points to distance calculator in the first week... a measured one mile walk. CHALLENGE... my phone is in Power Save, stopping app auto-sync every few seconds. Manually sync every few weeks before new data overwrites old.

2024-03-27	Ma*****	There was no trial at all. I bought the year, and once I filled in everything and was able to get a look at the app..... it crashed. I haven't been able to get it running even once. I'm out a 100 for the tag and a 100 for the subscription, and I can't even use the app. Don't buy it!!!! My phone told me to put it in deep sleep since it keeps crashing to keep my phone running smoothly.

2024-01-23	Wi*****	This app needs a complete overhaul. It hasn't gotten a major update in the 6 years I've been using it. Trackers won't sync on their own. You have to go to each page and wait for it to connect then back out of the page and then go back into it to see the updated points count. The amount of times we've had to contact support is insane. At least they are responsive. We used to have the GPS and it was completely useless garbage.

Same dog, same activity, just less "bark points". Customer service is prompt, but can't find anything wrong. Only recommendation is to uninstall and reinstall. That hasn't worked. 2023-06-26	Jo*****	I received the Fitbark unit fast. It was extremely easy to setup and install. Thank God my dog hasn't got lost, so I have not used the tracking under stress, but I've checked it a few times on short trips away from home, and Fitbark recognized the trips and reported them. So I have no doubt it will work if it's ever needed. I have had a couple of app/technical questions, and the staff has always responded quickly, nicely, and most times followed up after the fact. Great product. Highly recommend

Tried to cancel the subscription and the subscription plan would not load. Ended up signing onto the computer and chatted with someone. He told me he canceled the subscription and I would be emailed a confirmation of the discussion and never was emailed. Hoping I'm not charged when my month is up.

2023-02-04	Za*****	Wanted this to be great. I bought the fitbark(s) and added them to my puppers collars. We were all quite exited! We then got through updates and setup only to be slapped with a payment arrangement for subscription. Its like a smartwatch you cannot use unless you pay a monthly fee, but they dont advertise that part. This sucks. Thanks for ruining the experience for us. I dont expect a response. As a matter of fact I do not want one.

2023-01-17	De*****	This is so awesome works just like I wanted. The tiny transmitter attaches with cable ties to the collar so isn't going anywhere. I like that I can add to my daycare's WiFi so not only does that extend the battery life which so far is still 76% charged after over a week but makes a safe space. I get great tracking with either one of the three carriers! And the health tracking! OH Yeah customer support within the app. FAR superior to other trackers I have tried! I am totally convinced!! GET ONE!
