Gooddays is a wellbeing journal designed to help users understand how daily experiences, rituals, and personal needs shape their overall quality of life.

At the core of the app is a fast daily check-in where users record their overall wellbeing and the 6 human needs:

From there, GoodDays turns daily entries into trend views, yearly summaries, ritual progress, dream reflections, and optional AI-guided tools.
