User Reviews

This add-on does not seem to work with the most recent version of firefox. Even if it did, the lack of a feature to replace specific elements on the HTML document itself would've still not made it great as an add-on. Apparently, you can only add your own html code at the top of the document, at the bottom of the document or replace the whole document with your code which is far from ideal, assuming it even worked to begin with.
You would rather stick to a script manager or a stylesheet manager instead of this add-on.

Is Fire Page Editing Safe?
Risk impact
Risk impact measures the level of extra permissions an extension has access to. A low risk impact extension cannot do much harms, whereas a high risk impact extension can do a lot of damage like stealing your password, bypassing your security settings, and accessing your personal data. High risk impact extensions are not necessarily malicious. However, if they do turn malicious, they can be very harmful.
Fire Page Editing requires a few sensitive permissions. Exercise caution before installing.

Our algorithms are not perfect, and are subject to change as we discover new ways to detect malicious extensions. We recommend that you always exercise caution when installing a Firefox add-on.
