Pros

Minimalistic and elegant design that enhances the new tab experience
Customizable backgrounds including personalized wallpapers from Reddit and GIFs

The new tab title displays as "Surge" instead of the traditional "New Tab" which users want changed
Lack of ability to set a background color instead of an image
No option to lock the position of the clock on the tab
The "Apps" tab functionality does not work on Chromebooks
No calendar tile feature on the home page
