10Pro Portti

An employee who arrives at the construction site can record his timestamps with the 10Pro Portti application. You can conveniently register for 10Pro Port with the site's NFC tag or QR code. Daily stamping is done most easily via NFC or by accepting the use of positioning in the application, stamping can also be done simply with the application's IN/OUT push buttons.

The 10Pro Portti application registers new employees at the site. Registration is easy and fast using an electronic identity card such as a Valtti card. The necessary employee information is retrieved from the Valttikortti for the company's own register. If the person's information has already been stored in the 10Pro system, the phone number can also be used to identify the person.

10Pro Portin is responsible for the tax reporting in accordance with the construction notification obligation regarding employee information. The service collects personal data registered by the construction site and automatically sends the construction site's monthly employee data directly to the Tax Administration.

10Pro Portti recognizes an employee arriving at the site for the first time and directs him to the site orientation. 10Pro Portti linked to electronic orientation speeds up the employee's start of work and reduces the work time spent on it by the management.

The personnel working on the site daily can be monitored in real time through 10Pro and the necessary reports on the personnel required by AVI's inspector can be printed.
