2023-12-05	Ju*****	Recent trip to Porvoo with a Tesla. All 3 different charging station areas offline. Charging spot in one place showed they are online and stations had green light, but app just was stuck in 403 state. Went eventually to K-lataus which was much further away. Recommendation: if your system goes suddenly offline but the charger itself is working, enable free charging without logging.

Just a note, don't remember seeing an email about this, or any notifications (those might be disabled). Anyway a major change in your billing process, would be good to inform? 2023-05-17	An*****	The app can let you down at any point and you won't be able to charge or disconnect your electric charger at all. On top of that, they take decades to pick the phone in case of such emergencies happening. Infamous service.

2022-06-11	Sa*****	Oneplus removes location permissions if the app is not used in a while. Virta does not ask for permissions again and enabling them manually does not fix the issue. Have to redownload the app every time. Could you add a feature which allows me to find stations without location access (i.e text search)?

The app charges minimum of 1e per month whether you charge or not and later I found out that I'd be unlikely to come across Virta chargers where I move, so I decided to cancel the account. Deposited money still left in the account was promptly refunded to my card without a fuss. I'll return without reservation should the situation change in the future.

Otherwise, the business model of compulsory €30 first top up + €1 per month + €10 for the tag it's terrible. Yes, I know the standard reply I'm going to receive. Blah blah business model blah blah we are reviewing ideas blah blah you can use the first top up. Really, why charging €1 per month? Ridiculous.

In fact, it explicitly asks you to authorise a payment of 0,00 €, but still draws 30 €. Completely unacceptable. It also costs 1 € per month even if you do not use it. It doesn't tell you that either, unless you read the entire EULA. Scammy! In response to the developer's response: THE APP EXPLICITLY TELLS YOU THAT IT WILL DRAW 0,00 €. YOUR LINK DOES NOT SOMEHOW MAKE THAT OKAY!

2021-07-19	Ju*****	Have not been able to open the app for a couple of days. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the app today, no effect, does not open. Phone just tells the app has stopped. EDIT: ref. Your comment today: Have reinstalled the app today (18.7.), latest update showing in the Store is from 16.7.,so the issue is not fixed. EDIT2: version 2.1.6.4 does not fix the problem. Still exists today 19.7.21 EDIT3: version 2.1.6.5. (19.7.2021) solved the issue. Thanks.

Ionity maybe expensive but at least they offer a superb service fully under their control. If I want to pay whatever random owners want to charge me, I don't need to pay a subscription for the privilege! Also, any benefits of a subscription are not shown prior to subscribing! Stay away.
