2024-10-15	An*****	Parking ongoing and ive been at home for hours. Stop-button on app dont work. Camera regognition button dont work. Must be that it regognized me driving in, but not out. It shows its off. Doesnt let me put it on. Not possible to get answer from customer service late evening. So parking keeps thinking the car is in the Aimo parking area and is billing. Very annoying. I try to figure out other way to pay my parking.

The app is full of bugs, there is no 24/7 support, the cable often gets stuck, the app looses even the chargers that cars are hooked to, impossible to stop charging, chargers in a different order each day... In addition, the terms and conditions have more than questionable requirements for information collection. I would give negative stars if it was an option!

2024-02-26	Sa*****	Complete trash. You're supposed to able to reserve parking for your apartment's parking lot, but you can't. There's no options for it, there's nothing in the map for that area and search function is broken and gives an error message.
