Strongly avoid and select another bank. This app can't be used with a VPN(!), which is almost hilarious. I haven't heard of any banking app doing the same and turning customers away with this level of stupidity. They block VPN -> I moved money away and made easiest decision ever to just stop using the bank, and definitely not returning. Today it's VPN, tomorrow might be browser, then OS, then age verification. My trust is gone, better to take money and run fast, and I suggest you do the same.
