2026-04-16	بر*****	Update: I contacted the support team and Obi was very professional and helpful. He explained the situation and I’m currently waiting for the final processing. It’s a great game and I appreciate the quick response from the management. Changing to 4 stars for now, and will make it 5 once the withdrawal is complete!
