CallCorp Click to Dial turns any phone number on any web page into a clickable button that will initiate a phone call through your… CallCorp Click to Dial turns any phone number on any web page into a clickable button that will initiate a phone call through your callcorp application.

First, you must click the Callcorp click to dial icon, and enter in the URL you use to login to Callcorp(ex. https://portal.total.care/). Once you do that, the extension will navigate you to that page to login. Once you are logged in, you must make sure the click to dial chrome extension module is installed. Go to Administration -> Modules and Extensions -> and select the all tab. Scroll through the list and find the module called Click to Dial Chrome Extension. Click the Install Now button in the top right corner of the box. The module only needs to be installed once per call center. Now you are ready to start making calls.

The extension simply underlines any found number on the page you are on, and underlines it with a blue squiggly line. If you see a number that's not underlined, you can click the Callcorp Click to Dial icon, and there is a button that says 'Search for Phone Numbers' that will re-link all numbers. Optionally, you can highlight a number, right click, and there will be an option in the menu to call through Callcorp.
