What is Audio Device Pre-warmer?

Audio Device Pre-warmer is a Chrome extension that pre-warms the microphone for Google Meet. It aims to avoid initialization error of the audio device on some VDI environments. By getting access rights to the microphone beforehand, it ensures smooth audio functionality when the target website (meet.google.com by default) is loaded. The target website can be changed by setting the hostname with a key 'domain' via managed storage.
