I am really upset about this chrome extension. I signed up for the 7 day trial. It wouldn't work with my email address. I sent an email to the app developer with no response. I thought maybe I'd try signing up again. It finally worked. I decided to cancel the trial as I was not satisfied. I emailed the developer again with no response. Their website doesn't provide any way to cancel the subscription other than to email. I even called their phone number and left a message. I contacted them via DM on instagram. I now have two posted charges on my credit card. Still no response from developer despite contacting them four times in less than one week. Don't sign up for this service, the developers are MIA
