I can't log into cloudfish. I enter my email and password and does not log in. It stays loading and never log in to my Gmail. Any suggestions to fix this problem?

I haven't seen anything like it before as it works directly in my inbox. The little messages are very helpful so I don't even have to think about what emails might be phishing or not. I even got my grandmother using it since she got hacked a while back. If she can use it anyone can! ;)
