Smart Agri Farmer is a secure Android-based application tailored for the agriculture sector. It allows users to scan QR codes located in fields to retrieve crucial information such as farmer profiles, crop health reports, and farming activities.

To protect sensitive data, the app employs Authentication for user login and maintains a role-based access system using Realtime Database. Only verified and authorized personnel—such as agronomists, field officers, or administrators—are permitted to access the QR scanning functionality. Unauthorized users are restricted from accessing or interacting with protected data.

Each QR scan is securely logged for accountability, and the app ensures user roles are validated before granting access. This layered security model ensures that sensitive agricultural data is only accessible to the right people, thereby enhancing both privacy and operational control in the farming ecosystem.
