HARV WORK

HARV WORK is a picker app for farms working with Harv.

In the app, pickers see shift invitations, locations, and tasks, confirm participation, display a QR code in the field, mark the start and end of work, and submit results according to the authorized shift schedule.

What's in the app:
- List of upcoming shifts;
- Shift details: date, object, crop, work schedule, and rate;
- Reply to invitations without unnecessary calls;
- QR code for marking with the foreman;
- Result entry: tare, kg, time, or assigned area;
- Result statuses: saved, sent, confirmed, or rejected;
- Shift and payment history.

HARV WORK works in conjunction with the Harv foreman account. Data is saved on the phone and synced with the server whenever there is a connection.

Important: the app is not a bank, payment, or accounting system. It displays confirmed results and accrual calculations; actual payments are made by the farm.
