Users largely praise Fandom Enhance for making Fandom usable, improving its look and behavior, and greatly reducing spam and clutter. Many report it's the only extension that makes Fandom tolerable, sometimes easier than using uBlock. However, there are recurring issues: the extension needs updates to match Fandom's recent UI changes, some UI elements (like the left sidebar) can clip or reappear; bloat concerns; and autoplay videos are still not blocked.
